February 23rd was our Wine Tasting Evening, and I am very glad to report that it went spectacularly well!
We were fortunate enough to have the wonderful support of 2 Victorian Vineyards, Lethbridge Wines and Moorabool Ridge. Joanne and I would both like to say an enormous Thank you to the Vintners of these vineyards, without them, and their wines, the evening could not have gone as well as it did. Their generosity and support meant that we were able to offer some very high quality wines for tasting.
Attendance was fantastic, and we would like to say thank you to those of you who were able to attend! For those of you who were unable to make it, please do not worry, we will be holding another Wine evening as soon as we are able too.
We were fortunate enough to have 2 Wyndham City Council Members attend the night, and we learned a little too late that Councillor Lee Barrett actually knows an awful lot about wine....He has kindly agreed to lead the next tasting for us!
The finger food was plentiful and the company was great, we all had a truly wonderful time and look forward to doing it all again.
