Lady Ella De Comp, born of noble lineage, December 2nd 1836, Melbourne Victoria. Many will tell you, Lady de Comp, or Ella to her friends, possessed all of the qualities it desirable to young ladies of the time.
She was sweet, demure, well educated, polite and excellent at lace work and embroidery. Popular on the social front, she was immediately well loved by those fortunate enough to make her acquaintance. She was also ill fated to fall helplessly in love with a dashing young man well below her social station and meet a tragic end…
Lady Ella De Comp, was also entirely fictitious, and is simply the work of the combined imaginative forces of Tye Neich and Joanne Santos, the new managers of Point Cook Homestead Café.
“An Evening with Lady De Comp” will be held on Saturday May 26th and is a chilling theatrical event, not to be missed and promises to be an evening filled with thrills, tall tales and great fun. Join Lady De Comp, the Homestead’s very own Un dead Bride as she walks you on a lantern lit tour of the Homestead, Stables and surrounding grounds and tells you her tale of undying love, gone terribly wrong….
Beginning at 8pm, followed by a hearty supper of your choice of Chunky Minestrone with Damper or Rich Lamb Casserole with creamy mashed potatoes, this event is a guaranteed great night out. Tickets are priced at $30.00 all-inclusive and very limited. They are selling out extremely fast, so be sure to book now by calling Joanne on 0438042926, or Tye on 0420371787.
